Use 1–12 English letters, spaces, apostrophes or hyphens. The bag supports one line of embroidery.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation can be requested within 2 hours of ordering. After 2 hours, changes or cancellation are only possible if production has not begun.
Can I return a personalized bag?
Because every bag is made to order, personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for a change of mind after production begins. Damaged, defective or incorrectly personalized items remain eligible for support, subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements.
How long does it take?
Production takes 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery after production is 7–10 business days. Carrier delays and destination-specific customs processing can add time.
