Where we ship

MARK & MANY currently ships within the United States only.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days before they ship. Because our products are made to order, processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping options

Standard shipping: $8 for orders under $29.
Free standard shipping: available on orders of $29 or more.
Express shipping: $15.

Estimated delivery time

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days after processing.
Express shipping: 2-4 business days after processing.

Returns and refunds

MARK & MANY products are made to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size, wrong color, change of mind, or preference-based reasons.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at info@markandmany.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Lost packages

If your package appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the issue.

Address issues

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and additional production or shipping costs may apply.
